Software for hydrostatic testing
The image below is a screenshot of the hydrotest software for certifying of cylinders. The software can handle up to 96 cylinders at a time and complete a hydrotest in less than 2 min. This software can run both autofrettage and non autofrettage tests, however the autofrettage will add an extra 2 min to the test time.

How to run a hydrotest

To run a complete hydrotest follow these 2 simple steps :

1. First enter data by clicking on one of the 'Enter Cylinder Data' buttons in the controls window.
2. After valid data has been entered the hydrotest can be started by clicking on one of the 'Run Hydrotest' buttons in the controls window.

A running hydrotest can be aborted by clicking on the 'abort running test' button or by hitting the 'Esc' key on the keyboard. If you need to calibrate the system or run other functions then select the needed option from the System, Print, Troubleshoot or Help menus.

The complete system can be operated both via keyboard or mouse.
